Pick some locks
1
Each lock along the Thames has its own story
to tell, and there are 45 in total! Whichever
you visit, you can relax and watch the boats go
by, and perhaps even chat to the lockkeepers
about the river’s secret history.

Admire Mother Dunch’s buttocks
2
Otherwise known as the Wittenham Clumps
these suggestive landmarks offer beautiful
views of, among other things, Dorchester
Abbey
. And why not take a walk along the
Thames Path at Days Lock too, you can spot all
sorts of wildlife including voles, kingfishers, red
kites and swans.
