This is Arundel
Swanbourne
Lake and
Arundel
Park
On the way to the
Wildfowl Trust,
on the left, you will pass
Swanbourne Lake.
Originally a millpond, in
its steep, secluded
valley, it also provides a
habitat for many species
of wildlife. For those
more daring and
energetic visitors,
rowing boats can be
hired on the lake.
Beyond the lake lie over 100 aces of Arundel Park
where you are able to roam freely, over mostly
unenclosed, downland.
Friends of Arundel
Castle
Cricket  Club
Situated in the castle
grounds, north of the
Cathedral is what is
probably the most beautiful
cricket ground in the world.
Matches take place
throughout the cricket
season all are welcome to visit, for further details on
these matches please contact 01903 882462 email:
