7. How to make changes to your pricing caps
Expand your territories using the ‘Expand >’ button on the right of the screen. Select the ‘Change/Remove Bids’ button, this will
open up the cap and bid price box and will allow you to use the drop down arrow and change your bid price. Always click on save
to ensure the changes have been made.
8. How to deactivate and reactivate your accountTo deactivate - Once your territories have been expanded you can select the ‘Deactivate’ button. You'll then be asked to enter the
number of days for which you want to deactivate. Enter your required number of days and press confirm. The reactivation date will
appear underneath the territory and your lead types and prices will now show as shaded. Please be aware your account will

reactivate at 9am on your chosen date.
To reactivate – Select the ‘Reactivate’ button and simply click on ‘Activate Territory’ and your territory will reactivate immediately.
You can see that the lead types will no longer be shaded once completed.
9. How to add additional territories
At the bottom of the screen click on the ‘Add Additional Territories’ button, this will take you to the territory page which will give you
an option to add in local, prefixed, regional or national and UK Territories. Once you have added the territory, click on ‘Proceed’ to
return to the main page.
