Frequently Asked Questions
When do I pay for the lead?
Two days after receipt of the lead by direct debit.
How do I monitor how much I am spending on leads?
Once you have joined you will be able to see a history of all the leads supplied and how much they cost. In addition, no matter
how many lead types and territories you are purchasing from, you can set a maximum spend that paaleads.com guarantees
not to exceed. This is your ‘safety blanket’ to make sure you don’t spend too much.
Is there any way I can limit the number of leads I receive?
Yes.  Leads can be controlled using a daily lead volume cap and/or a monthly cap on the amount you want to spend on leads.
Please note this monthly cap is actually a rolling 28 day spend as opposed to calendar month.
Must I deal with a prospective customer face to face?
How you deal with customers is up to you.
Is it true that I can make a lot of money?
Yes. Those buyers that really embrace this business methodology and understand the importance of contacting the customer
quickly, every time, can make a massive return on investment. For example a mortgage intermediary can typically earn over
£1,000 per mortgage client, frequently it can be £2,000 if they charge a fee as well as earning the procuration fee and fees of
the peripheral sales such as life assurance; buildings insurance and payment protection. Ten mortgage leads bought at £40
each, producing 3 sales will yield £3,000 on a spend of £400. Three sales should generate at least one further sale from
referrals hence an earning of £4,000 for a spend of £400.
Remember though that the leads don’t sell themselves. This service supplies the leads – you still need to make the sale!
Can I stop buying leads temporarily e.g. for holidays or sickness?
Yes – it’s easy to deactivate your lead types.
What’s the difference between deactivating and deleting a territory?
Deactivating puts the territory and leads on ‘hold’. Your bids are preserved but no leads will actually come through.  You can
re-activate the territory when it suits you. Deleting a territory means that all the bids and caps will be lost.
What about regulated products?
We ensure that only buyers that are authorised receive leads for regulated products. When you join and seek leads for
regulated products, your account manager will require the necessary details and these will be checked with the appropriate
body before leads are supplied. We will only source leads from businesses that comply with the regulations.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of the Bidding Scheme compared to the Standard Scheme?
The Bidding Scheme offers the capability to source leads at a cheaper price than the price offered through the Standard
Scheme, albeit the future flow of leads depends on the price you bid and the price bid by others. There may be times when
you have to bid more than the price of the Standard Scheme. Buyers in the Standard Scheme have their leads allocated on a
first in, first served basis; hence there is the re-assurance that a flow of leads will be maintained.
