Can I take more than one territory? 
Yes and you can bid on different territory types also, for example you can bid for both Chester and CH.
Can I see other bids?
Yes. Simply click on the ‘Show all bids’ button when you see it. In fact you can see every bid, for every lead type, in 
every territory. Once you have joined you’ll be able to identify your bids and where these fit, as your ‘Nickname’ will be visible.
Why do I have to select a Nickname? 
We want a service that allows you to see all the bids, not just the top ones. This will give you more confidence – it also allows
you to see your bids whilst keeping your identity confidential.
How much should I bid?
You choose. There are minimum bids and these will vary depending on the volume of leads you are prepared to buy and
depending on which territory you are interested in. The likelihood is that you may not need to be the top bidder to get the
volume of leads you want, although if you bid too low you might find that your supply is short lived. Fortunately it’s simple to
raise or reduce your bid.
Is it easy to change my bids?
Yes, it couldn’t be easier. Once you have joined you’ll be able to view your ‘Summary Page’ showing all the lead types that you
are bidding on in each territory. Each bid can be changed easily.
How do I get the best return? 
Once you see how easy it is to add or delete territories and lead types there will be no stopping you. Once you have a sniff of
the money to be made by sourcing customers in this way, you’ll be exploiting the chances to source customers at as low a
price as possible. For the national operators this could mean bidding on lots of ‘Local’ territories in addition to, say, Wales and
England. For a small local business it could be bidding on the territory adjacent to your ‘Local’ territory because there is less
bidding there. It could mean bidding less at weekends or in the evenings because your competitors have deactivated.
Alternatively you could bid low on many territories rather than higher on one or a few. Obviously no matter how you get your
leads that is only part of the equation – always contact the prospective customers really quickly and of course be diligent and
professional. After you have met the needs of the customer and made a sale, don’t forget to work hard to get a referral.
Should I always aim to be the top bidder?
For lead types that are plentiful this won’t be necessary, especially if you take multiple territories. 
How should I deal with prospective customers?
First, contact them as fast as you can. Second be polite, courteous and provide the service that customers need.
Can I charge a fee for my service? 
Yes. When customer details are collected there is no guarantee that any advice will be offered free of charge. If there are lead
types available where there is a requirement for no fees to be charged in return for advice offered, then this will be clearly
stated on the lead type and you choose not to bid for such leads or can adjust your bids accordingly. 
Will I be the exclusive recipient of a lead? 
Yes. But remember that the prospective customer may look at more than one website so although you will be the only recipient
of the lead via paaleads.com they may have left their details elsewhere so you could be in a race. 
How do I know the quality will be good? 
There are no guarantees and it is inevitable there will be some timewasters. However, because all our leads are from
moneysupermarket.com not third parties, we can run a series of automatic checks to try and ensure leads are genuine.
Checks include removing duplicates, incorrect phone numbers, rogue names and abusive words to deliver the best possible
lead quality to you.
