Frequently Asked Questions
Where are my leads sourced from?
All our leads are from moneysupermarket.com.  Being part of this company means that we can control lead volumes and lead
quality to keep them consistent.  As the UK's number one price comparison site we have vast experience in attracting the right
type of customers to our site - and ultimately to you.
I am the only person bidding for leads in my area, so why aren’t I getting any leads?
Lead distribution is dependant on a number of factors, including the volume of leads generated and the number of members
bidding for a specific lead type. Whilst you will be bidding against others within your own territory, you will also be bidding
against those who are taking leads from a larger area. This is because each of our territories overlap, as the below illustration
shows:
Each
Local area (e.g. CH7)
is also part of a
Postcode prefix (e.g. CH)
which is also part of a
Regional area (e.g. North West)
which is also part of a
National area (e.g. England)
which is also part of the
UK
Ultimately, you can enhance your chances of receiving leads if you increase the size of your coverage area or amend your bid
price.
What lead types are available?
We currently have 8 lead types available, these are: Mortgages, Overseas Mortgages, Insurance, Pensions, Investments,
Savings, Debt and Legal Services.
Is there a limit on the number of lead types I bid on?
No.  You can bid for one lead type or many. Furthermore you can take different lead types in different territories.
How quickly will I receive the lead?
Within minutes of the customer requesting they be contacted. Speed is really crucial. It’s like buying fresh bread – really tasty
when it’s fresh but quickly turning stale. Always, always follow up on leads as fast as possible. If you are really quick you’ll
catch the customer whilst they are still on their PC and they’ll be really impressed!
What is the lifespan of a lead?
As a rule of thumb we think they lose half their value in 24 hours. Contacting the customer quickly is of paramount importance.
Remember that a customer may look at more than one website, so although you will be the only recipient of the lead via
paaleads.com, they may have left their details elsewhere so you could be in a race.
How are the leads distributed?
By email and text. This way you can be notified as soon as possible, enabling you to contact the prospective customer without
delay.
What territories are available?
There are four different types of territory available, from small ‘Local’ territories (with approximately 70,000 households) e.g.
Chester; larger ‘Postcode Prefix’ territories e.g. CH; ‘Regional’ territories e.g. the North-West; through to ‘National’ territories
and the whole of the UK.  This allows both small and large businesses to participate. There are 440 ‘Local’ territories spread
throughout the UK; 123 ‘Postcode Prefix’ territories and 21 ‘Regional’ territories. Each of the 4 nations are available as
territories, as is the UK.
