booking terms
1. A booking is only made once we have received your payment and ful contact address details. Until such time we
reserve the right to hire bikes out to others in your place and as such we cannot guarantee bikes of the correct quantity/
size if they are not booked and paid for in advance.
2. No guarantee wil be given as to the exact specification of any bike over and above al being mountain bikes in style with
a minimum of 5 gears.
3. For each cycle a £100 security deposit shal be required which wil be a swiped card transaction OR cash – cheques
are not acceptable.
4. Al bikes & ancilary equipment shal be hired in a safe & clean condition & shal be returned in a safe, undamaged condition.
5. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure you have satisfid yourself as to the bike(s) roadworthiness BEFORE you sign to
accept the bike(s).
6. Whilst we are happy to of er suggestions for cycling routes, you accept that we are in no way responsible for the routes
themselves nor the conduct of you or any other party whilst you are on such routes. We are unable to accept any liability
from accidents, loss, injury or damage so arising.
7. You shal be entirely responsible for the safe use and safety of the bike(s) and those of your party. In the event of any
accident it is entirely your responsibility to notify the relevant authorities.
8. Failure to return bikes as (4) above, or after 17.30 will result in deductions from the security deposit, as
advertised from time to time.
9. These Booking Conditions shal be governed by the Rules and Ruling of English Law.
