In 2007, we launched our Plan A initiative which ambitiously
introduced 100 commitments to tackle some of the biggest
challenges facing our world today.
Two years on, elements of Plan A are in place in all 40 countries that we trade in
through our international partners, and our actions are having a positive impact
for our customers, the environment, our charity partners and our communities.
